drs. Stijn De Blaaij

Stijn studied Political Science at the University of Amsterdam. After completing his study in 2006, he worked for 6 years as a tenant rep consultant at the Corporate Services department of DTZ Zadelhoff. 

In 2012 he made the switch to Spring Real Estate. At the end of 2014 he joined as a partner and in 2020 he became managing partner.

Stijn is responsible for the Agency Amsterdam team, which focusses on leasing and tenant rep assignments in the greater Amsterdam area.

In addition to his daily practice, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the real estate company, consisting of nine different business units spread over three offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague).
