Edward van Leeuwen Boomkamp

Edward joined Spring Services after 6 years of practicing commercial law at several law firms in Amsterdam with a focus on corporate law/M&A. In 2021 Edward joined Spring Services after a brief period as interim company lawyer within the corporate world.

Edward studied law at the University of Amsterdam, and subsequently completed the vocational training for trainee attorneys-at-law with the Dutch Bar Association. In 2018 Edward obtained a degree in Mergers and Acquisitions at the Free University in Amsterdam.

Spring Legal assists all business lines and its clients in setting up collaborations, joint ventures and acquisitions and is responsible for answering the daily legal questions from the business, and coordinates and implements the different legal processes Spring Services has in place.

Spring Legal aims to provide quality and concise legal advice with a high level of service.
