After completing his studies in Business Administration at the Free University in Amsterdam, Robert worked at ABN Amro and then for more than 10 years at DTZ Zadelhoff in the Valuation and Advisory department. In the last three years he was part of the management of the department which, partly due to his efforts, doubled to more than 100 consultants. In 2010 he completed the Master Studies of Real Estate at the University of Amsterdam with the award winning thesis "the (credit) worthiness of real estate".

In 2015 Robert transferred to Spring and joined as a Partner.

Robert has over 10 years of experience in advising investors, developers and financiers. He has extensive experience in Asset Management and Asset Recovery, as well as assisting with investment transactions. Robert is a member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), an RICS Registered Taxators, registered with VastgoedCert and registered with the United Register of Taxators. (VRT).
